If something looks wrong

  1. Read-only banner: the license needs attention. You can still view, search, print and back up. Tell the owner: License in the menu.
  2. Error message: write down the reference code shown and press Try again. If it repeats, the owner can go to About & updates, Diagnostics and send a diagnostic report.
  3. Never delete the data folder or reinstall without asking: your patients' data lives there.
