Second release candidate for the pilot clinic.

• Updates now arrive: this version looks for updates at the correct address. Install it once by hand over 1.0.0-rc.1 (your data is kept); after that updates arrive by themselves.
• Doctors on phone: doctors sign in on their phone with an email and password and see who is coming today and the clinic's schedule (name, time, chair, status, phone, reason, medical alerts). The owner adds doctors in Settings, Doctors on phone. No notes, money or records are ever shown on the phone.
• Recover without the recovery code: the clinic owner can use the cloud account (email and password) to join a new computer, open the data when Windows cannot unlock it, restore a backup on a new PC, or reset the owner PIN. The recovery code stays as a second way; a new one can be made in Settings, Security.
• Security and account: optional authenticator app for the owner, a log of who received the clinic key, and a Security panel in Settings.
• Joining a big clinic through the internet is about ten times faster, shows progress and the time left, and continues after an interruption or a restart.
• Sign out of the clinic from the login screen moves the data aside (never deleted) so the computer can start fresh.
