Use. The program is licensed to the subscribing clinic under the agreed plan and the number of computers it includes.

Trial. Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial. When a subscription ends the program becomes read-only; your data is not deleted.

The clinic's responsibility. The clinic is responsible for the correctness of the data it enters, for keeping backups, and for the secrecy of passwords and the recovery code.

Prices and payment. Prices are set in a written quote for each clinic.

Liability. The program is provided as it is. We take reasonable care over its quality and security and do not promise it is free of all errors.

Suspension. A licence may be suspended if these terms are breached; the clinic's data stays on its own computers.

Law. These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
