End of the day

  1. The backup runs by itself at the time the owner chose. Do not switch the computer off while it says Backing up.
  2. Press Lock when you leave your desk, or Sign out at the end of your shift.

  1. Back up now.
  2. Choose folder…: a USB drive or a second disk for the daily copy.

Tip Do not switch the computer off while it says Backing up.
