Deleting and mistakes

  1. ByteDent never erases anything for good. A deleted item goes to Trash, where the owner can bring it back.
  2. Payments are never edited or deleted: a wrong payment is cancelled with a reversal and a new one is entered. Invoices are voided with a reason.
  3. Audit log (owner) shows who did what and when. Everybody signs in with their own name, so never share your PIN.
