The top of the file shows the name, file number, phone and the medical alerts. Tabs below: Details, Chart, Treatment plans, Visits, Billing, Images, Appointments, Medical history, Alerts, Attachments.
Attachments keeps scanned papers and photos (up to 50 MB each). They are stored encrypted inside the program.
To add a patient's medical history, open Medical history: ask the questions, fill the form. An allergy or blood-thinner answer becomes an alert for the doctor.
