Working on more than one computer

Computers in the same clinic share data through Sync. It runs by itself when there is internet; the Sync screen shows the last time it worked.
No internet? Use the flash-drive file in Sync to carry changes between computers.
Only the reception computer gives new file numbers. If it is broken, ask the owner to move this job in File numbers.
To review lists the rare clashes (for example two bookings in the same slot made on two computers). Open each and choose what stays.
