Medical history and alerts

  1. Patient, Medical history: fill in the form. Answers that matter (allergy, pregnancy, blood thinners) create an alert.
  2. Alerts appear at the top of the patient's file and in the visit. Check them before you start.

Tip The alert window opens when you open a patient who has alerts. Read it, then press “I have read these alerts”.
