- Visit
- One attendance of a patient; it holds the notes, chart changes and procedures of that day.
- Treatment plan
- The planned work for a patient, in phases, with prices; becomes bills as work is done.
- Unbilled work
- Procedures the doctor performed that are not on an invoice yet.
- Issue / Void
- Issue freezes an invoice. Void cancels an issued invoice with a reason.
- Reversal
- A row that cancels a wrong payment; the original stays in the history.
- Alert
- A warning from the medical history shown at the top of the file and in the visit.
- Sync
- Copying changes between the clinic's computers.
- Read-only
- A mode where you can view, search, print and back up, but not save new data.
