- I can only view, not save (read-only banner): the license needs attention. Tell the owner. Viewing, searching, printing and backup still work.
- Cannot print: Settings, Printing, choose the printer and print the test page. A thermal 80 mm roll needs paper size “80 mm roll” in the print window.
- Patient has no file number: you are on a computer that does not issue numbers; it appears after the next sync.
- Message with a reference code: write the code down and press Try again. If it comes back, tell the owner: About & updates, Diagnostics.
- Forgot the PIN: the owner sets a new one in Users. Owner forgot theirs: the owner uses the recovery code or the owner account in Security and recovery.
